Realistically, I don't think that's viable. Zippos themselves aren't cheap, and such skilled engraving would only add to the price. And you don't exactly live nextdoors, so postage would add even more.

I'm afraid it's just one of those things that'd just be really cool to have.

We can think about some art trade. I had once a necklace of flat pieces of amber and steel chain mail. It was realy craizy and I loved it, but I've lost it. If you can do something like this necklace, I can make for you a zippo with engraving.
